The street does not govern, we are told enough right now. It's true and it is happy. But the street is a cons-power as the parliament should be, as journalism is sometimes, as is often the judiciary.
Each of these cons-powers is not very powerful one, but the number and especially EXERCISE cons of these powers-that makes it a vital grassroots lobbying against other lobbies, well documented and organized.
So, never take to the streets, when one is dissatisfied, it's what's so irresponsible!
